Nestor the echidna advance sprites

here's nestor, a wise echidna who, along with shade and the twilight cage pirate captain, became traitors of the nocturnus clan. it's likely that the reason he left was because he could not stand the fact that Ix was becoming more dangerous.

I also gave him vines attack.

he helps sonic and the gang with secrets and hints of where they must go.

is unknown if he and pachacamac had any rivalry against each other.
